Taking part in Athens Xclusive Designers Week was certainly a major happening for our brand. Along with the difficulties of organizing such an event it was an amazing experience not only for myself but for those who participated and helped .

The adrenaline was really flowing and excitement and cooperation was in the air throughout the entire duration of the event.

Satisfaction that all went well followed feelings of anxiety. Watching the catwalk rolling splendidly and all present being enthusiastic recipients made me think about fashion and what it means and represents above the obvious.

Clothing and more particularly fashion acts as a major symbolic system that communicates meanings about our identity and social relationships . It communicates not only how we want to be seen by others but also how we see ourselves. We dress for ourselves depending on our existing or desired emotional state.
